Quick and easy to install, Porcelain Pavers are resistant to acid, chemicals, mold and salt. Hanover porcelain pavers are offered in multiple sizes: 24"x24", 24"x48" 12"x48", 48"x48" and 16"x48". We keep a large inventory in stock of each color and size for quick shipment. Additional sizes can be obtained by cutting available stock sizes. Cutting can be done in the field or by Hanover as part of a custom order when quantities permit. Below are sizing charts for reference. Porcelain paver thickness is 3/4"
Hanover pavers are produced using a high quality through-body mix. They yield exceptional compressive and flexural strength while providing a water absorption of less than .1% to provide the highest quality paving units.

Color Travertine
These pavers can be set on a sand bed over granular base or concrete. Sand should be loosely screeded and compacted prior to the installation of the Porcelain Pavers. Hanover P spacers should be used to maintain a uniform 1/8" joint. The joint can be later swept with a porcelain specific polymeric sand. Edge restraints are necessary along all soft edges.
These pavers can also be set on a bituminous setting bed. The precise thickness of Hanover porcelain pavers allows for installation over a rolled bituminous setting bed. The bituminous setting bed is placed over a concrete slab. Hanover P Spacers should be used to maintain a 1/8" uniform joint. The joint can be swept with a porcelain specific polymeric sand. Edge restraints are necessary along all soft edges.
Porcelain pavers can also be set using mortar. Thin set applications require a concrete slab. A latex modified thin-set is recommended. Hanover P spacers should be used to maintain a uniform 1/8" joint. The joint can be grouted with a latex modified grout. Follow thin set and grout manufacturer's installation recommendations.
Porcelain pavers can be installed over Hanover pedestal systems, allowing for water drainage through the uniform 1/8" joint. A low profile spacer tab pedestal is required. At 3/4" thickness porcelain pavers weigh approximately 9lbs/ square foot and do not satisfy typical ballast uplift requirements. Care should be taken to ensure that all pavers are cut to the perimeter edges are cust as tightly as possible.
